We generally respond to your quote request within an hour – whether you have e-mailed it to us or submitted it via the quote request form.

Large translation projects sometimes require more time, however, to determine the correct word count and price. In this case, you will receive a message that we are working on it. In particular, scanned documents, PDF files and XML or Open Office files, always take some time. Since we take into consideration the number of repetitions when determining the price, it is worth the wait. More repetitions equal more cost savings for you, as we can simply repeat the translations of those sections.

Each of our country teams receives about two hundred requests each day. Our translators and project managers work under high pressure, and at peak times, they handle more than 250 requests a day. We will notify you in the rare case a delay should occur.
