PROFESSIONAL PRESS RELEASE TRANSLATIONS

Time is always of the essence when it concerns translating press releases. The information often needs to be available to the recipients within a few hours, whether it concerns an alert for travellers about a rapidly-spreading illness, or an inter-company announcement to personnel about some important changes in the company, or a press release regarding new initiatives within an organisation. These translations therefore often need to be ready in less than two hours.

Fast service

We do everything within our power to deliver these urgent translations punctually, before the agreed deadline, and ensure that they are of the usual high quality. Our enormous database of translators (consisting of over 4,000 qualified native speakers) means that we can always satisfy requests for translations with very tight deadlines, no matter what the language combination.

Sample press release translation

We translated press releases about the 7th Tour Transalp, the most spectacular stage race for amateur and professional cyclists in Europe. A total of 1,100 participants from 25 countries in teams of two conquered eighteen Alp passes in seven day stages, all together covering a total height of 18,000 metres during the Jeantex TOUR Transalp. The pack covers 822km in three countries during this period, with Sonthofen in Germany as the starting point and the old city centre of Arco in Italy, near Lake Garda, as the finishing point.

Press releases and press announcements quickly translated

We translated a sizeable 22 page press folder into English as an introduction to the competition, which provided detailed information regarding the event (including general photographs of the course, descriptions of the separate stages, participant statistics, interviews, a presentation of the sponsors, etc). Our translation agency was also entrusted with the translation of press releases during the event’s progress. In order to constantly keep up with an ever-changing state of affairs, some of the translations had to be completed and delivered back within a few hours during the weekend. This massive translation project was coordinated by an experienced project manager and was a great success.

This is only one of many successful projects. See the special projects section for more information.
